Service Description

THIS TREATMENT NEEDS A CONSULTATION The term "Chemical Peeling" refers to the act of chemically peeling the skin. The skin's outer layers are removed with a chemical peel. This rehydrates the skin, lightens freckles and uneven pigmentation, eliminates certain sunspots, and smoothes out rough, scaly places. It lessens fine lines as well. It may lower the risk of skin cancer, according to some studies. On the face, it is most secure and efficient. In the beginning, a cleanser is used to completely clean the skin. Next, the peel is painted on the face while being carefully observed. Possible sensations include stinging or a slight burning. Most of the time, the initial treatment will just take a short while. Up until the desired results. However, in those prone to brown spots because of their skin type, a peel can result in pigment alterations. Before starting a treatment those who are known to get dark discolouration or minor burns should first have a test area peeled. Aftercare: Over the next 24 hours, the skin will become more red and there may be a slight amount of swelling. After the initial burning subsides, it is tight but not painful. You will need a daily moisturiser and night cream to counteract the skin drying that will occur over the next few days. Water is harmless, but soap ought to be avoided. The skin will start to peel between 2 and 5 days after the procedure, depending on the type and strength of peel chosen. The skin must be allowed to peel at its own pace. Once the skin has recovered, makeup can be placed on top of the fresh, pink skin. Moisturisers are essential, and sunscreen must be worn for at least three months. Furthermore, the skin won't be harmed if you repeat it at any point in the future. Vitamin creams, AHA creams, or enzyme creams can also be used to maintain the improved skin texture and to partially undo some of the consequences of prolonged sun exposure.
