A skin-repair procedure called microneedling with a Dermaroller or DermaPen can drastically lessen the appearance of stretch marks or scarred skin. The dermal layer's tears are repaired by the body producing collagen and elastin as a result of the healing reaction that microneedles set off in the skin. Stretch marks will be removed as the skin regenerates and replaced with more healthy skin and less scar tissue. The skin will appear red and scraped thereafter. Use a gentle cleanser and lukewarm water, and use a SPF daily and a hydrating night moisturisers. It is extra important to up your water intake whilst your skin is healing and repairing, this will help with the reproduction of collagen.
